Tropical Turmeric Smoothie: A Delicious and Nutritious Boost

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk or a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  • For extra garnish, top with coconut flakes, chia seeds, or a few pieces of diced mango.
